Basic Function
HF Sinclair Midstream is seeking a Fleet Coordinator. This position is open to Artesia, NM, Dallas, TX, Salt Lake City, UT, and Tulsa, OK. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet of vehicles. Will work closely with management team and company's employees.
Job Duties
(functions considered essential as defined by ADA)

• Manage vehicle utilization
• Maintain the Master Fleet Inventory list
• Maintain vehicle insurance, registration, recalls, etc.
• Make vehicle repair decisions when the manager/supervisor is unavailable
• Maintain reporting on the maintenance of all vehicles
• Work with employees and leaders to ensure registrations of all vehicles are up to date
• Oversee pool car maintenance
• Ensure all drivers have proper license
• Quickly and effectively respond to questions and requests from the Field regarding fleet
• Monitor drivers to ensure adherence to proper driving practices
• Support the fleet's safety culture by providing trainings when requested and as needed
• Provide reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
• Review cost and operational trends and recommend improvements
• Communicate effectively with department leaders to assist with budget accountability and compliance
• Compiles and analyzes data, making calculations and preparing reports as requested

Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their superior, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.
Experience
A minimum of three years of work experience is required.
Education Level
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:
An Associate's Degree is preferred.
Required Skills
Strong work processing. Strong skills in Microsoft Products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. . Knowledge of office management principles and practices and administrative procedures. Advanced organization skills required. Ability to implement new systems and procedures and to evaluate their effectiveness; supervise others; and effectively interpret plans and procedures. Team player, self starter, independent worker, good time management and analytical skills and priority setting ability. Ability to effectively communicate with others, both in written and verbal communication; to work independently and perform basic mathematical calculations. Basic reading and writing skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Working knowledge of SAP.
Work Conditions
Office based with up to 30% travel by land or air required. Travel may be extensive in the first several months. Subject to varying road and weather conditions
Physical Requirements
Job conditions require standing, walking, sitting, twisting, stooping, crouching, kneeling, talking or hearing, making precise hand and finger movements, reaching or grasping. Job conditions may require making visual inspections, lifting and/or carrying up to 25lbs, pushing and/or pulling up to 25lbs, climbing up to 3ft, working in confined spaces, and perceiving color differences.
