The Grocery Outlet is looking for an Order Selector to participate in our Regional Fulfillment Center operations and activities. Order Selector's responsibilities include storing materials, picking, packing, and scanning orders. The goal is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This position is a direct hire opportunity with the Grocery Outlet located in Gresham, OR

Amount of Work: 40 hours guaranteed each week

Pay: $19.00 per hour plus production incentives

Swing Shift:

• 2:30 pm-11:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process Distribution Center stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Report any discrepancies
• Wear the proper safety equipment

Requirements:

• Able to sit, stand, bend, twist, and turn body as needed for 8-10 hours per shift.
• 1 year of experience preferred, but not required.
• To be able to use a voice picking system or have the willingness to learn it is necessary.
• One must be able to operate a electric riding pallet jack.
• Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
• Familiarity with modern warehousing safety and procedures
