Griswold Industries is Hiring a Human Resources Coordinator, Sr. (Bilingual Eng/Sp) Near Costa Mesa, CA

We are seeking a new Bilingual Sr. Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. Your role will be to perform, coordinate, and administer assigned function of the HR Department, including recruitment of new employees, job description maintenance, Compliance reporting, translation of documents into Spanish, and assist with various departmental projects as assigned. As a member of the Human Resources team you will work with other HR professionals to ensure that the employee experience is rewarding and in line with company objectives and legal compliance. You will report to our Human Resources Manager. What You Will Do: Administer internal and external recruitment and employment processes; Work with staffing agencies to fill open positions; Translate business correspondence into Spanish; Manage the compliance reporting function on our HCM platform; Maintain and update internal Master I-9 in compliance with DHS regulations' Respond to EDD notices in SIDES; Work with HR Supervisor on company events; Assist Manager and Supervisor with projects as required Be the primary backup to the Sr. HR Generalist for Workers Comp, Leaves of Absence and Benefits Other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Associates degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field Extensive background in recruiting process management, including compliance; Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws; Familiarity with and HRIS or HCM platform; Proficiency in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus; Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently, using proper grammar and punctuation; Ability to work under minimal supervision Why You'll Love Us: Griswold Industries believes that ethical, honest, moral behavior must always guide and define how we operate our business.
