We are looking for a motivated Care Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate has a strong scheduling background, excellent customer service skills, and has a passion for healthcare. Experience in working with seniors and non-medical home care is a plus.

Compensation:

$42 to $45k per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assign staff to work with clients
• Maintain communication and strong relationships with clients and caregivers
• Conduct retention visits and introductions
• Review billing and payroll on a weekly basis
• Schedule home assessments for potential new clients
• On-call responsibilities on a rotating basis

Qualifications

• Experience in home care and scheduling is a plus
• Strong verbal, written skills, and people skills
• Excellent computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
• Pleasant phone manner
• High level of emotional intelligence and empathy as well as dedication to our company's purpose
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• High School Diploma
