Overview
Landscape Designer reports to the Director of Maintenance Services and takes additional direction from the VP of Construction, Senior Construction Manager or SVP of Operations. Creates the landscape design of newly acquired assets as well as supports current design of established assets.Supports the operations and regional service teams to create and maintain visually appealing landscape that includes plant care, ongoing improvements, and updates throughout the life of the asset with Griffis Residential.
