The Investor Relations Associate plays an integral role in supporting the capital raising efforts including sourcing, engaging, and raising capital from targeted investors, while also being involved in the execution of ongoing investor communications.
The Investor Relations Associate assists in creating new relationships with investors to raise capital; builds relationships with current investors to increase their capital contributions; drafts investor communications including emails, sales language, and other traditional and online material; tracks data, and numbers to meet and exceed fundraising activity and performance requirements. The Investor Relations Associate reports to Chief Development Officer but also works closely with Griffis Residential's key executives in continuing to build the funds business.
