Job Description:

A successful candidate for Grid4’s Marketing Manager must be extremely self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and innovative. The Marketing Manager creates innovative and engaging multimedia campaigns and content to help increase visibility and brand loyalty across all platforms available to business-to-business marketing. In addition to delivering Grid4’s Business Communications and IT Solutions to customers and creating an exceptional customer experience. 

Grid4 is currently offering a new team member bonus! (Performance plan to follow)    


  • Create & manage all aspects of corporate marketing including direct mail, email, advertising, sales collateral, web development and internal communications projects  
  • Responsible for managing company websites and updating content as required  
  • Works collaboratively with sales to communicate marketing objectives and determine effective messaging, content, and creative assets  
  • Demonstrates initiative and innovation appropriate to the assignment and timeframe  
  • Plan, organize, and manage events (exhibitions, seminars, workshops)   
  • Regularly manages and reports on analytics, SEO, and SEM for all websites  
  • Experience with using LinkedIn for B2B marketing and promotions 
  • Maintains and updates customer database content for use in marketing activities, executes and manages trade shows as designed by department – Attends and works trade shows as assigned  
  • Manage social media platforms including managing content and posts  
  • Develop & manage relationships with outside vendors  
  • Maintains compliance with prevailing corporate identity standards  

Qualifications, skills, and knowledge:   

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently  
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field  
  • At least 5 years of digital & B2B marketing experience 
  • Telecommunications experience preferred 
  • Passion for written and verbal communication tactics  
  • Curiosity to keep up with emerging trends and best practices  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment  
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite  
  • Capable of executing tasks and resolving issues independently and with minimal supervision  
  • Google AdWords Certifications  
  • Proficiency with WordPress and website creation & management  
  • Experience leveraging social media platforms for B2B engagement  
  • Ability to create effective designs across several channels and touchpoints to bring well-crafted narratives to life while adhering to brand & style guidelines  
  • Video & motion graphic creation and editing experience is a plus  
  • Excellent project management skills, including organizing, prioritizing, and tracking all phases of a project  
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM (create content that coincides with Google Ads campaigns)
