Shift: Day shift - 5:50 am - 6:00 pm. 12 hour shifts. (2 on/2 off/3 on/2 off/2 on/3 off). Night shift - 5:50 pm - 6:00 am. 12 hour shifts. (2 on/2 off/3 on/2 off/2 on/3 off).

• Work only 50% of the month! (7 days every 2 weeks)
• 2 3-day weekends monthly!
• Take off 2 pto days and get 7 full days off
• No swing shifts!

Pay: Based on experience. $16-19/hr. with different levels/room to advance fast!

We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join us as Packers. We have both day and night shift available.

This position is essential to maintaining smooth production operations at our manufacturing plant.

This position provides technical capability within the specific department, with regards process optimization, product specifications and technical decision making. The decorations department is responsible for the production of the end product, from plain to decorated product with cardboard wrapping

You will load and changeover machinery, and keep machines running smoothly; communicating any problems that arise to supervisors in a timely manner.

Main Responsibilities

• Work with high-speed machines daily

• Unload undecorated cups onto jacobs ladder

• Machine cleaning Daily/Weekly/PM

• Assist technician and supervisor with product line clearances

• Make boxes, insert plastic bags into boxes

• Pack boxes with finished product

• Place packed boxes on pallets

• Use hand trucks to move pallets

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. on continuous basis

(Weight of boxes will depend on assigned technology)

• Quality-Attention to detail is critical for these positions

• Perform quality checks on finished/unfinished products before packaging

• Keep work area neat and clean to ensure product does not become contaminated

• Know all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.

• Perform other duties assigned

• Previous experience in a high speed/fast paced Manufacturing environment

• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. on continuous basis

• Regularly push or pull a pallet

• Regularly required to stand for long periods

• Work near moving mechanical parts
