Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship between the customer and provide support for specific key accounts.
  • Accurately process customer orders in SAP with correct material, contract assignment, and pricing. Review product availability and send out acknowledgements.
  • Allocate completed product to orders, dispatch orders to shipping ensuring correct customer delivery expectations.
  • Invoice all shipped orders accurately and completely.
  • Provide issue resolution for material components, product availability, shipping, pricing, customer payments, and all other as necessary.
  • Manage customer inventory and provide customers with inventory reports and data analysis.
  • Manage and input customer forecasts and provide data analysis where necessary.
  • Advise and collaborate with customers on product and/or packaging specification alterations.
  • Maintain up to date prices list and notify customers of price changes.
  • Work in Partnership with Graphics Coordinator/Production Planner and customer to advise them of any amendments/delays in their order requirements.
  • Attend customer meetings and visits as necessary for review meetings.
  • Manage customer complaints in Quality system assigning correct area of responsibility. Enter and coordinate returns and issue credit as necessary.
  • Create and invoice special services for customers such as Tooling, Artwork, Freight, etc .
  • Arrange dispatch and invoicing of special deliveries as required.
  • Create and maintain Masterfile Records (New Customer, Material, Info Records and others as necessary).
  • Adherence to customer service department procedures.

Requirements

 Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years relevant and up to date working experience within a customer services orientated position which involves administration and dealing with business customers/clients over the phone and email
  • Computer literate and confident in all elements of statistical analysis, business reporting, presentation development
  • Commercial awareness & customer focus
  • Problem solving / query handling
  • Accuracy & quality
  • Limited Travel may be required– Customer Visits etc
