Responsibilities
What You Will Do?
- Provides direct resident care. Participates in care plan meetings to ensure consistency in care of residents.
- Trains and coaches’ employees on programming and guidelines for the unit.
- Ensures employees are following all quality control, infection control, and medication policies and procedures
- Meets and communicates with residents and/or resident families when needed, addresses concerns related to satisfaction around care.
- Exhibits behaviors that support the hospitality promises and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
What It Takes To Succeed?
- Live our Extraordinary Impressions Values.
QMA, LPN, or RN from an accredited or state approved school of nursing with current license to practice in the State of Indiana.
Minimum of two years of experience in a long-term care setting with progression of job responsibilities.
