Greenville Federal President & CEO Job Description

Greenville Federal is looking for a President and CEO to lead their organization headquartered in Greenville, Ohio. With over $ 235 million in assets, Greenville Federal currently has 5 branch locations in Greenville, Tipp City and Troy Ohio. The Ideal candidate will serve as President/Chief Executive Officer, and will exercise overall responsibility for the growth, soundness, and profitability of the bank. The position will provide leadership, direction, guidance, and control of the day-to-day operations of the bank, and will ensure sustained profitable growth while proactively recognizing emerging industry changes and developing strategies to capitalize on opportunities

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership team to develop and execute long and short-term strategies to improve the profitability of the bank
  • Identifying opportunities for Business Development and Market Expansion
  • Proper management of Asset Quality, Earnings, Expense Control, and Regulatory Requirements
  • Modeling active community involvement through participation in civic and charitable community groups
  • Providing leadership and direction to officers and staff of the entire organization through effective communication and modeling of a high moral and ethical standards
  • Maintaining strong stockholder relations and evaluating company structure options

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge in all aspects of banking operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Ten years of industry experience preferred
  • Managerial experience, with knowledge of banking operations, hardware, and software
  • Knowledge of federal and state banking regulations, including compliance regulations
  • Knowledge of accounting and accounting principles including financial statements
  • Ability to motivate team with focus on high levels of morale and goal accomplishment
  • Experience with stockholder relations is preferred
