Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working a variety of Event Center events including K-Wings Hockey Games, Concerts, Trade Shows and more
• Checking tickets and welcoming guests to the facility
• Directing patrons to seats, ATM, restrooms, offices, and security
• Helping to ensure a safe and sanitized environment for our guests and staff
• Making sure that no outside food or unexplained packages are admitted into facility during an event
• Ensuring no alcohol leaves the facility
• Watching sections and enforcing the no smoking policy

Qualifications

What You Need for this Position

• Excellent customer service skills
• Work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
• Able to stoop and bend
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards
• Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
