GREENEVILLE CITY SCHOOLS is Hiring a Middle School Assistant Principal Near Greeneville, TN
The Greeneville City School system is currently seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Principal of Greeneville Middle School. This is a new position for the 2023-2024 school year and is pending Final Budget Approval. Applicants for this position should be visionary and have a passion for serving ALL students as well as a strong desire to foster student growth. Greeneville Middle School is a Leader in Me School through a partnership with Franklin Covey. This program’s goal is to help students develop leadership skills. The Assistant Principal applicant must demonstrate the ability to lead in this type of teaching and learning environment. Applicants should provide evidence of leading a collaborative culture and of proven student academic success. The full time position DOES include benefits. Master's degree in Educational Administration and current valid educator license with administrative endorsement is required. Five (5) years teaching experience and middle school certification preferred. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
