Summary:

Sunham Home Fashions, a home textile company, is seeking a Design Intern that will support and assist the Visual Communications Dept with bedding and bath product graphic and package design.

Responsibilities:

• Design packaging concepts and artwork
• Review and approve packaging artwork for accuracy
• Create physical packaging mock ups
• Format images to specific retailer guidelines
• Organize photo libraries
• Support showroom set in NYC as directed

Skills

• Degree/Pursuing degree in graphic or packaging design or related field
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator
• Proficiency in PC or Mac based operations
• Solid verbal and written communication and relationship building skills

Part time schedule 2-4 days a week - we are flexible with days and start/end time

On-site position based in Sunham Home Fashions located in New Providence, NJ

Longer term internship available beyond summer, school schedule permitting. Seeking local candidates only.
