Job Responsibilities:

Product Management Responsibilities:

• Support the VP, Product & Strategy with all efforts related to new product functionality, including engaging with vendors, performing analyses on new tools and functionality and engaging and communicating these changes and enhancements internally to stakeholders 
• Lead the creation of training courses and educational materials for other departments to help facilitate a better product and UX
• Conducts analysis on new product offerings and features and is able to manage the process from ideation to execution of these capabilities, including cross-functional inputs
• Ensures that all work items being developed by the Development team align to the product roadmap for what features should be delivered 
• Engage in deep business conversations with business stakeholders to ensure all business functionality required from our product is accurately and comprehensively translates from business functional requirements to technical specifications, in the form of Azure DevOps work items (epics, features, PBIs)

Scrum Master Responsibilities:

Serves as the Scrum Master for our Development team operations

• Owns all Agile ceremonies 
• Performs daily backlog grooming 
• Prepares the set of work items for each sprint planning
• Maintains organization, structure, and efficiency in how the Development team executes

Customer Success Responsibilities:

• Serves as a subject matter expert on customer success
• Contributes to the development and structure of the customer success department, including owning components of this org build 
• Partner with customer success team members to drive the best user experience possible for our partners and merchants
• Define, build and deploy sophisticated techniques, tools and processes to deliver a best in class UX
• Build, drive and maintain a Customer Success Roadmap 
• Develop KPIs and OKRs for the department
• Establish customer co-design councils with key friendly customers to get rapid, honest feedback 
• Analyze customer sentiment and speed of service 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher 
• 3 years of experience in product management, with demonstrated experience successfully building and shipping products that drive meaningful customer impact, preferably at a FinTech
• 1-2 years of experience in customer success, preferably at a FinTech
• 2 years in a management role, with experience in managing a diverse group and training team members 
• End-to-end experience building new products or substantial features, including successful ideation, discovery, definition, and delivery
• Skilled communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences, and ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and go-to-market
• High Emotional Quotient (EQ) and outstanding interpersonal skills 
• Proactive and articulate to identify and resolve issues before they become problems 
• Have a basic understanding of the alternative/specialty lending space, or another finance product area
