Position Summary: We’re growing and looking for a Finance Coordinator to provide support for our finance and operations teams. Responsibilities include: • Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and metrics tracking for projects in Quickbase (our project management system) • Work closely with the Account Leads and Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting • Has general bookkeeping knowledge (AP, AR, Payroll) to be able to assist as needed (utility player) • Understands debits/credits in accounting • Review and approve monthly consultant invoices • Assist with monthly invoicing, reporting, and project management as needed • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards • Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools within Quickbase  • Be able to assist with general administration tasks as needed This is an ideal position for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about developing their skills in a flexible and collaborative working environment with a growing agency. We are based out of Parsippany, NJ, but position can be remote. Credentials & Experience •Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or a related field  •At least one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Essential Skills: • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) • Strong analytical and data gathering skills • Good business acumen • Critical thinking skills.
