Job Classification: Full-Time, 32 hours per week, afternoons, evenings and every other Saturday
Salary Expectations: $16.00/hour

Green Hills is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Life Enrichment Assistant to join our team! This role will assist in providing opportunities for life enrichment programs to meet the physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, and creative needs and abilities of health care center, assisted living, and memory care residents.
YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL...

• Conduct 1:1 and group programs with residents.
• Lead activities with residents, which may include exercise classes, socials, music programs, games, travelogues, and education presentations.
• Become familiar with each resident's leisure time interests and abilities as well as encourage residents to participate in group activities as appropriate.
• Assist in the resident care plan process by identifying interests, likes and dislikes, and documenting quarterly progress notes.
• Help decorate the Health Center appropriately for special events and seasons.

• Are comfortable interacting with residents of varying abilities.
• May have experience or familiarity with games, crafts, music, and social/community resources.
• Can obtain a Chauffer's license within 90 days of hire.
• [Preferred] Have obtained a degree or certificate in a related field.
