Greater Nashua Mental Health is Hiring an Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician Near Nashua, NH

Job Summary:
Greater Nashua Mental Health is looking for a full-time Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician to work with St. Joseph Hospital’s 3 Pediatric Primary Care Clinics and Greater Nashua Mental Health. The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician provides direct support, education, referral, and care coordination to children, adolescents and families needing mental health support at the pediatric primary care clinics. The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician meets with individuals to provide necessary case management services to facilitate empowering clients and families to lead full and satisfying lives. During time at GNMH, the Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician will provide individual and group therapy services to child and adolescent clients. This position will have an opportunity for both remote and in-person work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Provides a combination of direct and indirect case management.
• Provides Crisis Intervention Services to individuals in order to stabilize acute behaviors and symptoms in order to prevent hospitalization or out of home placement.
• Delivers specific and individualized Therapeutic Behavioral Services to individuals, families and groups to achieve the client's optimal level of functioning.
• Provides Family Support to support and maintain the management of the client's mental illness or serious emotional disturbance, with the primary objective to enhance and promote the client's resiliency and recovery.
• Works collaboratively with clients and families and treatment team members to formulate care and support plans that maximize the individual's control and choice over how their care needs are met.
• Links and refers clients and families to needed resources outside of the mental health center, including but not limited to medical, educational, and social services.
• Works as part of an integrated team and communicates with colleagues, collateral contacts, supervisors, etc. regarding client care.
• Completes all treatment plans for GNMH clients.
• Completes all Quarterly Reviews for GNMH clients within a two-week window of the end date of the quarter being reviewed. Completes all other documentation within 3 business days (with first day being date of service/completion).

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Community Mental Health Counseling, Social Work or related field.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• A licensed clinician or eligible for licensure in the State of New Hampshire, LCMHC or LICSW are preferred.
• Knowledge of children's mental health issues, developmental issues, and family systems.
• Familiarity with community resources.
• Ability to teach effectively.
• Strong collaborating skills, and an ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines; high energy, self-motivated and proactive.
