We Are Looking to Add a Key Member to Our Internal Audit Team! The Internal Auditor is primarily responsible for supporting Senior Leadership, the Chief Risk Officer, and Audit Committee by evaluating controls, procedures, and performance to determine process improvements and efficiencies. As an Internal Auditor, you will Exercise Sound Business Judgement! Create, plan, perform, and report on processes and procedures. Collaborate with teams, subject matter experts, and control owners to make process improvements and identify efficiencies. Be Solution Driven! As you work to reduce and mitigate risk, you will collaborate with all areas in the organization to document risks and their associated controls. Analyze financial and technical information to create control and process reviews, with a goal of identifying process improvements and efficiencies. Be a Subject Matter Expert! You will conduct assessments of the areas being audited and through your understanding of current processes and controls will adapt the audit plan accordingly. Possess or working toward obtaining one of the following professional certifications: CPA, CIA, or CFE. Excellent analytical skills, the ability process information, resulting in process improvements and efficiencies. Previous experience with audit techniques, planning/organizing, analysis and report writing Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship building skills Superior organizational skills, ability to see the big picture, and effectively communicate to all levels.
