Join our growing team as an Operations Support Specialist!

We currently have 2 full-time openings for this position which is based out of our St. Cloud, MN branch location, with future hybrid schedule opportunities. 

The Operations Support Specialist assists with monthly reporting. They also oversee our ATM/ITM/Shared Branching transactions in additional to Remote Deposit Capture. They serve as the Credit Union's IRA expert-reporting, transfers, reviews, corrections, etc... The Operations Support Specialist will open new Debit and Credit Card accounts, handle card control, and process card fraud. They will take phone calls for the card department and answer any inquiries. They will also perform any other necessary administrative functions necessary to the proper operation of the card program.
