Job Description: Store Manager – Check ‘n Go/Allied Cash Advance Do you enjoy providing excellent service and building lasting customer relationships? Overview of Role and Key Accountabilities: As a financial services leader, we strive to make a difference in our customers’ lives & the communities we serve. Our Store Managers are responsible for daily operations and profitability of one or more of our retail Check ‘n Go or Allied Cash locations, both part of the CNG Holdings, Inc., family of companies. This key role has accountability for site operations, sales, customer service and leadership of store Customer Service Representatives. Essential Duties: Relationship management: put our customers at the center of everything we do. Exemplify our sales culture. Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio. Escalate issues to the DDO, and Corporate Office if unable to resolve the issue directly with the customer. Presenting all options for products and or services to customers to meet the customer’s needs. Inbound/Outbound calls: Answer telephone inquiries in response to general questions, customer applications, requests, or other issues. Place outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in accordance with federal regulations and store operating procedures along with district and or region volume expectations. Responding professionally and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer feel supported and valued. Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing customer complaints. Cash handling: Handle and count currency, cash, and coins to include managing a cash drawer, counting cash deposits, moving cash from secure safe to cash drawer and other cash handling requirements. May be responsible for bank deposits or bank pick-ups. Balance individual batch receipts with store sales reports at end of day and assist with resolving over/short discrepancies. Transaction Processing: Perform necessary customer verifications to validate information presented. Accurately process all transactions per company policy, including but not limited to loans, check cashing and, Net Spend. Compliance: Responsible for compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as, Company policy and procedures. Complete periodic compliance training(s) and quarterly I Agree. Store Operation: Responsible and accountable for operations, development, and training necessary for store achieving metric targets. Coordinate and maintain store staff schedule. Assist in covering other locations within the district. Support store staff to ensure excellent customer service and embodiment of sales culture. Assist DDO with the recruiting, selection, and onboarding of CSRs in the district. Minimum Education and Experience Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills Three years previous sales and customer service experience preferred Three years cash handling experience preferred One-year of supervisory experience preferred Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure. This may NOT include public transportation, transportation from family or friends. Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company Demonstrated ability to work independently in an autonomous environment with limited supervision Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities Proven ability to positively influence staff and provide store level leadership Physical Demands: Call center/Retail/Office environment Extensive cash handling Extended phone usage Long periods of standing Extended viewing of computer screens and typing Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations Travel / Attendance: Must be able to travel to all stores within the assigned district with personal vehicle May be asked to travel to neighboring districts May require overnight travel Must work assigned shifts as scheduled Supervisory Functions: Position may supervise one or more Customer Service Representatives Why Choose CNG Holdings, Inc. and Check ‘n Go/Allied Cash Advance: CNG Holdings Inc.
