Salary Range: $89,841 - $119,100 (Based on Professional Experience),SummaryWe are looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager. This individual will be responsible for identifying risk, preparing risk mitigation strategies, including but not limited to procurement, assessment, and coordination of insurance coverage, reviewing internal documents such as contracts to ensure that appropriate coverage is available to mitigate GLWA risk.Job ResponsibilitiesConducts risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, reports, and trendsEstablishes policies and procedures to identify and address risks in the organizationRecommends and implements risk management solutions such as insurance, business continuity plans, or recovery measuresManage and administer the operations of a facility or functional unitManage and motivate a diverse workforceEffectively manage all assigned staff, daily assignments and provide on the job trainingDevelop, recommend, and administer the annual operating and capital budgets for the unit to ensure expenditures are controlled, maintained, and approvedEnsure that financial planning, performance measurement, and reporting are developed and in compliance with legislative requirements and are in support of the division's goals and objectivesEnsure compliance with all corporate and legislative requirements to meet operational, environmental, health and safety standards, and ensures the effectiveness and compliance of maintenance and operationsLiaise with elected officials, public, and represents the division on various committees managing complaints, requests for information, and safety concerns.
