We currently have an opportunity for a Front Desk Medical Receptionist. Under the direction of the Front Desk Manager, this position performs a variety of duties to facilitate the efficient patient check-in for both office visits and procedures. Our primary focus is customer service.

Principles Duties & Responsibilities:
-Scheduling appointments, procedures, etc.
-Verifying referrals
-Answering general patient questions
-Taking messages accurately and relaying to appropriate personnel
-Collecting Co-Pays
-Answering calls and forwarding to correct departments
-Appointment scheduling
-Obtaining and accurately entering patients demographic personal and insurance information
-Completes appropriate documentation per policy and procedures with specified time frame
