If you're looking for a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities, this is the perfect position for you!Responsibilities:Assist our experienced dental team in providing exceptional patient carePrepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure a clean and organized environmentEducate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment careSupport dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflowPerform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentistManage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accuratelyQualifications:Previous dental assisting experience or relevant education is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detailStrong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanorAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in dental software and technology is a plusRequirements: Before applying, it is imperative that you meet the state requirements outlined below.Connecticut: certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.Florida: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit to expose X-rays).Georgia: CPR Certification, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification, and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.Massachusetts: CPR Certification, proof of formal training to expose X-rays, BORID certification and annual CE requirements must be completed per state regulations.Michigan: Upon hiring, you are required to furnish evidence of X-ray training certification.
