Automotive Mechanic/Technician

We are currently seeking Technicians/Mechanics for our growing Team! Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform automotive repair services such as Vehicle Diagnostics, Mechanical Repairs, MVAC, Brakes, Steering/Suspension, and More!
  • Perform industry standard services such as oil changes, fluid services, filter replacements, wiper blade installation, battery replacement, tire replacement, and more!
  • Provide an exceptional Guest experience through quality service and professional interaction.
  • Assist Guests by answering any questions and presenting additional service recommendations with integrity.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting facility for Guests and Teammates.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 1 Year Automotive Repair Experience.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time.
  • Perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning. 
  • You may need to work in hot/cold weather conditions.
  • Need to have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to lift up to fifty (75) pounds.
  • Certified Texas State Inspector (preferred)
  • ASE Certification(s) (preferred).
  • 609 Certification (preferred).

The Automotive Technician is responsible for all levels of services, services including brakes, alignments, diagnostics, oil change, transmission, differential, cooling system maintenance, repairing and replacing tires and additional services (e.g. wiper blades, air filters, etc.). He/she communicates with customers, educating them on necessary preventive vehicle maintenance. Additional duties may include courtesy services, and tire repair and replacement services.

Responsibilities include but aren't limited too:

  • Performing preventive maintenance on fluid services equipment
  • Explaining our company programs, services and pricing structure to achieve high customer satisfaction and increased revenues
  • Attending training sessions that are applicable to the career path and position requirements
  • Following appropriate safety procedures and notifying the Shop Manager of safety hazards or needed equipment repairs
