A Family Law Attorney is mid-level attorney with a practice focused on Family law for at least 5 years. The successful Family Law attorney is self-directed and thrives with lots of support and autonomy. The Family Law Attorney will receive a substantial portion of their work through Gravis Law’s lead generation and marketing and/or other attorneys in the office. An established book of business is not necessary. Attorneys have access to coaching and support services for Family development and networking. The Firm prioritizes a work-life integration, a collaborative culture, and a competitive compensation & incentive structure that is unique to the industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Attorney is expected to meet all Minimum Collection Requirements. Additional information about the Minimum Collection Requirement and the Revenue Sharing Program has been provided to the Attorney for review and signature.

ATTORNEY EMPLOYEE BENEFITS AT GRAVIS LAW: Gravis Law offers a professional work environment, a competitive salary including bonuses, along with generous benefits which generally include:
Wage: Annual Salary from $75,000 - $110,000 based on experience.

Duties will be performed in a standard office environment. Employees must have the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with Gravis policy.
