Sales Manager for Grauman Rosenfeld Group
Grauman Rosenfeld Group (GRG) has an opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic growing sales team. In this highly visible role, you will have the chance to manage and motivate a high-performance team by making constant data-driven decisions while also being creative, nimble, and innovative. The Sales Manager will oversee, support and train the agents within the team. You will be responsible for interacting with the agents on a daily basis while helping them build their sales skills, increase conversion rates and keep accountable to their goals, both team and personal.
A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our channel accounts, which will require close monitoring of all metrics and accountability as well as participation in meetings with the channel partner. You will be an integral part of our team; offering advice and ideas to keep our brand and team moving forward in the marketplace. An ability to multi-task and attend to small details is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. This position will report to the Director of Sales and will require constant oversight of the agents assigned to you.
