Sales Manager for Grauman Rosenfeld Group

Grauman Rosenfeld Group (GRG) has an opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic growing sales team. In this highly visible role, you will have the chance to manage and motivate a high-performance team by making constant data-driven decisions while also being creative, nimble, and innovative. The Sales Manager will oversee, support and train the agents within the team. You will be responsible for interacting with the agents on a daily basis while helping them build their sales skills, increase conversion rates and keep accountable to their goals, both team and personal.

A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our channel accounts, which will require close monitoring of all metrics and accountability as well as participation in meetings with the channel partner. You will be an integral part of our team; offering advice and ideas to keep our brand and team moving forward in the marketplace. An ability to multi-task and attend to small details is required, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. This position will report to the Director of Sales and will require constant oversight of the agents assigned to you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, training, motivating and advising a high performance sales team
  • Setting, presenting and achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals 
  • Continuously developing personal leadership, recruiting, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Meticulous attention to details and accountability via organized tracking and reporting
  • Evaluate the team’s sales performance and offer advice on continuous improvement 
  • Provide feedback and inform team leaders on the current state of the team, possible risks and growth opportunities
  • Review and correction of contracts for internal and external purposes
  • Be relentless in optimizing and streamlining internal processes and systems
  • Attend industry events/trainings with agents as appropriate and incorporate new tools into team processes and procedures

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a sales leadership position
  • Proven track record of success in a similar position
  • Experience developing training material, call scripts and text templates for a sales team
  • Experience using and leveraging CRMs 
  • Solid tech skill set with computers and cloud based apps (SaaS)
  • Posses strong professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as necessary
  • Real Estate experience and real estate license required
