The Custodian is responsible for cleaning common areas of the building, perform a range of custodial work, including dusting, Sweeping, and mopping, vacuum carpets, clean windows, and clean restrooms to ensure proper sanitation. The Custodian will also be responsible for ensuring spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash and restocking supplies. Key Responsibilities

• Clean the interior and exterior of the building
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean and restock all restrooms
• Perform minor repairs
• Work with contracted services when necessary
• Keep a log of service and maintenance repairs for the building
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience

• Ability to work independently in a highly organized manner
• Ability to listen well and communicate effectively, orally and in writing with various audiences
• Ability to create and maintain positive and collaborative team environment
• Must be punctual and responsible
• Travel may be required
• 21 years of age
