Responsibilities:This candidate shall work for GV Facades LLC, at one location, 2133 S Texas 6, Houston, 77077.

Job Summary

In this position, you will produce detailed drawings of buildings from architectural drawings and specifications that are supplied by Architects, Engineers, or Clients. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and REVIT is Required.

Education and Experience Ability to work as part of a team and independently
 Able to interpret Architectural Drawings, blueprints, and Specifications
 Sound architectural drafting knowledge
 Understanding of the building envelope
 Capable of adjusting to multiple tasks that require dedicated input from manager and independent accountability
 Able to communicate effectively with engineers, owners, architects, general contractors, coworkers, and management
 Proficient in REVIT and AutoCAD
 1-3 years related experience, Construction Drafting a Plus
 REVIT Certification a Plus

Qualifications: Experience level: Experienced
 Minimum 3 years of experience in Drafting (Required)
 Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
 Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Zoho One (CRM and Project Management –Training available.

ADA Compliance:

Must be able to stand or sit for prolonged periods (80% of the time)
Must be able to read and type, as highly computer/ technology driven position
Must be able to lift 10 pounds (samples of products) and load onto shelves/staging area for presentation/ review on need basis

Work Hours:

8:30 am to 5: 30 pm, additional hours may be necessary due to global teams.
