Current opening in Manchester, NH. Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
The Physical Therapist helps achieve our mission by delivering age appropriate care to the patient in the home setting utilizing standard therapy best practice: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation within scope of practice defined by the NH Physical Therapy Governing Board. PTs will effectively interact with patients, caregivers and other healthcare team members while maintaining all standards of professional therapy. PTs will supervise Physical Therapy Assistants assigned to patients.

Requirements
1. Graduate of an approved physical therapy education program (CAPTE), accompanied by
current New Hampshire physical therapy license.
2. One year of physical therapy experience.
3. Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccine
