Job Requirements:

  • Experience assembling Oil and Gas production equipment (i.e. LACT units, Pump skids, process piping and ASME code vessels) or previous work in a productivity-based role.
  • Ability to read and fully understand blueprints (P&ID, BOM's and GA's) and follow written and diagramed directions in the assembly of products that require complete or partial assembly.
  • Mechanically inclined and have used a variety power and manual tools. strong knowledge and experience with tools on required tool list.
  • Can work steadily, with speed and accuracy for extended periods of time while working on tasks that require standing, and regular movement such as kneeling, bending, lifting, twisting, etc. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills required. Conduct yourself in a courteous and professional manner when interacting with staffing and customers.
  • Use understanding of the assembly processes to efficiently and quickly set up work area to allow for effective product prep, fast builds, and movement of assembled inventory to other departments.
  • Exhibit the highest level of competency, safety, and accuracy in the assembly of products.
