Wilson College is in search of an empathetic, innovative, and forward-thinking individual with an inclusive approach to serve as the Chaplain for the Wilson College community. The Chaplain will offer pastoral guidance to the students, faculty, staff, administrators, and alumni within the Wilson community. The main responsibilities of this position are centered around worship leadership, pastoral care, and spiritual formation. The Chaplain will collaborate with various stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, administrators, alumni, and community leaders, to establish a welcoming and supportive community committed to personal growth and service to others. This is a full-time, 10-month position.
