This role is responsible for staff management, waiting on customers, sales order entry, credit entry, providing excellent customer service, and various other administrative duties as they pertain to the overall function of the store office.
Responsibilities Overview - Office Manager

• Effective management and staffing of the store office.
• Greet customers promptly at counter and answers questions as needed.
• Utilize excellent customer service skills
• Enters sales orders and credit information for customer
• Maintains accurate cash drawer and various other administrative duties.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements - Office Manager

• Office and administrative experience
• Previous experience in staff management
• Financial Skills
• Customer service or experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Oral and written communications skills
• Rotating retail schedule includes some nights and week-ends
