Grand Countertop and Cabinet is Hiring a Help Desk Specialist Near Estherwood, LA
Responsibilities: Candidates will need to have technical knowledge, analytical and trouble-shooting skills to assist end users with resolving problems, service requests and incidents reported to the service desk by email, telephone or in person. Perform in person and remote analysis, diagnosis and resolution or technology related issues. Perform follow-ups with end users to ensure proper resolution and customer satiafaction.

Skills: Basic uses of Microsoft Office
Education: High School Diploma or equivalents

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
