We are looking for a Revenue Accounting Analystwho can provide clients with highly knowledgeable and skilled revenue accounting support. The main purpose of this position is to document, by customer and service, the relocation fee structure and ensure the fees are properly recognized, recorded and invoiced.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Revenue identification and fee amortization
  • Billing - classification of fee and posting of same to appropriate customer sub-ledger accounts
  • Client implementation and improvement
  • Audit/reconcile all files to ensure final relocation criteria match those used to invoice our fee and adjust where appropriate
  • Monitor referral fees to ensure we receive what was expected
  • Pending home sale/draft status reporting - reminder to operations of the need to review and update statuses
Required Skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
  • Ability to read, interpret and create simple correspondence and memos
  • Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and in small group situations
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
Required Experience
  • Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other relevant field of study required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience acceptable in lieu of formal education
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Excel and Access is necessary

Anticipated Salary and Benefits Summary - $19.00-21.00 hourly in Colorado. Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado. Compensation in different markets will be based upon that market. Comprehensive benefits package that includes: 401(k), health insurance (medical, dental, vision), Employee assistance program, paid time off based on years of service, paid holidays per year, life insurance and disability coverage
