The Account Representative role has the responsibility for the daily operational needs of the Graco Industrial Division sales channel. The role embodies the Industrial Division selling processes for both internal customers and external customers. The role is responsible to understand all business aspects a distributor is undergoing, and is a key part of accelerating growth by managing all channel related needs. This includes positioning the Industrial Division products as the primary preference for every application by building relationships with channel principles and channel sales associates. Account Representatives are expected to understand and to manage the daily technical and administrative tasks of the distribution channel while working as a team with the Graco Regional Sales Manager. Job Duties Work with the Graco Regional Sales Managers to establish product addendums, and provide recommendation for changes to assigned distributor in accordance with identified channel strategies and programs Sharing sales data, resolving channel conflicts, communicate sales strategy, research of competitors, and create outbound channel communications Complete regular business reviews with channel principles that include: addendum accountability, pipeline management and overall performance of both the distributor and the Industrial Division Responsible to manage, organize and maintain customer records, contacts and opportunities in Salesforce.com, and pricing/discount structures for all customers Responsible to communicate sales opportunities, pipeline reports and lead reports and is responsible to manage, expedite and convert open quotes/opportunities Develop solutions that best addresses end-users needs and deliver A Experience Outbound sales calls and cold calls for sales initiatives and survey campaigns Analyze sales data to identify sales opportunities Qualifications Industry experience or a Bachelor’s degree, preferred in Business, Marketing or Communications Sales experience preferably in a B2B environment Electrical and or mechanical technical aptitude Ability to facilitate many strategic projects Demonstrates skills in planning, prioritizing, problem solving and decision-making Effective oral and written communication skills, along with excellent presentation skills Proficiency with digital technology 5% - 15% travel expectations within North America Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is desired, but not required.
