What We Need

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who is responsible for the success of internal or customer-facing fleet management products by collaborating with stakeholders, identifying products and features, defining product requirements, aligning launch timelines, and coordinating the launch. The Associate Product Manager will work creatively, cross-functionally, and pragmatically to conserve resources and maximize customer and business value.

What You'll Do

• Determines customers' needs and desires based on research, stakeholder inputs, and market trends
• Establish a product roadmap and define long-term strategy across products and features
• Leverage data and discovery to ensure effective prioritization
• Brings new products and features to business or market by defining product requirements, working with UX to design, establishing timelines with engineering, and managing trade-offs and priorities.
• Launch new features and infrastructure in collaboration with UX, Engineering, Operations, and others.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success leadership to develop product sales strategies.
• Communications to leadership, stakeholders, and others with launch and execution status, product results, roadmap progress, and other requests.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of product management or related experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Customer and results obsessed with a growth mindset, balancing day-to-day execution with longer-term product vision
• Bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results.
• Ability to gain technical understanding of product
• Excellent relationship building, listening, and communication skills
• Knowledge and/or experience with Agile techniques
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
