Overview:
Participate in mapping out and executing training plans for individual associates as well as for large scale Training Center ramp plans. Assess training needs for new and existing associates through surveys, interviews and focus groups Assess trainee progress and provide feedback to trainees regarding areas of improvement and development Organize, develop and source training programs to meet specific needs such time management, leadership, sales skills, various role specific training. Continuously develop and update training curriculum and training materials such as manuals and handbooks Facilitate learning using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, lectures, and on the job coaching Integrate classroom training with diverse, real-world, business-specific situations to drive learning outcomes Provide management onboarding and coaching to newly hired/promoted associates in leadership roles. Ex. AMT, SMT, DMT Participate in assessment of associates who have completed required training programs Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement Make recommendations to implement improved processes Assist in the design and development and then administer assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and comprehension of the training material Track, evaluate and report training results Recommend and/or develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. Report on CBT training compliance to ensure it meets established company goals. Manage federal, state and local training requirements to ensure consistency in overall compliance (i.e. Environmental, Tobacco, Alcohol, etc.). Other various duties as assigned.
