We are seeking a Customer Support Lead to join the GPM team! Your primary focus will be working with Dealer inquiries for payment status, and resolving discrepancies submitted by Operations. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide operational support to our Territory Sales Consultants who oversee an extensive portfolio of dealers.
We offer:
• Work Active Cases that require problem solving and timely resolutions.• Resolve customer issues through the Case Management process, including follow-up, outbound calls and emails to Operations and internal support.• Work closely with Territory Sales Consultants to execute requests. • Handle inbound calls to support dealer needs and issue resolution.• Route customer opportunities to the appropriate department for further development and closure.• Interface and develop relationships with internal and external resources.• Analyze, process, and resolve financial and non-financial customer transactions.
• Interact frequently with inter-departmental associates to resolve outstanding issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills• Knowledge of fuel distribution or convenience store operations helpful but not required• Effectively communicate in a professional manner with both internal and external customers
• Advanced Excel/Power Point/Word/Outlook and EPP software programs capabilities helpful
