Golden Plains Community Hospital is currently looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work in our Geriatric Behavioral Heath-Intensive Outpatient Department. The LCSW will be responsible for seeing older and disabled adults. This particular positions allows for the candidate to be creative and to use personal skills to the best of your ability. GPCH, LLC is a family friendly work environment where we like to have fun! Position qualifications are:
Position Qualifications:
- Licensed in the State of Texas as a Clinical Social Worker
- Experiences providing therapeutic and management services in a geriatric behavioral health setting preferred
- Ability to provide and oversee both therapeutic services and program leadership to ensure patient safety and satisfaction and integrity of program
