Job Title: Director of Operations-TAMPA

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to join our team and help us scale our business to the next level.
Job Summary:
The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including supply chain management, logistics, project management, inventory, field operations, and customer service. This is a leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, capable of developing and executing operational plans that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sr. Director of Operations, the Processing Manager, and the Client Care Manager to ensure that all policies and standards are being met, and to optimize the fulfillment process to maximize efficiency.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee, Build, Coach and Lead Install Teams
● Oversee Service Work Team & Inspections
● Oversee and Manage Inventory, Project Management, and Field Operations
● Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the operations
department and field operations
● Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing operations team, ensuring a culture of
excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
● Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
● Analyze and resolve work problems, including worker complaints and grievances, and
determine end-result solutions.
● Provide ongoing leadership, training, coaching, employee development, and
performance evaluation.
● Oversee direct reports are accountable for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks.
● Oversee to ensure projects are constructed by design, quality control, budget, and
schedule. Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.,
are adhered to our expectations.
● Optimize fulfillment process to maximize efficiency.
● Secure professionalism and quality of the installation.
● Document Installation and pass it by quality control area
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in the residential solar industry, with at least 3 years
in a supervisory role
● Demonstrated success in developing and implementing operational strategies that drive
growth, efficiency, and profitability
● Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a
team
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve
complex operational issues
● Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards in the renewable energy industry
● Experience with ERP and project management software
