GPAC is Hiring a Production Supervisor Near Antigo, WI
One of our top manufacturing clients is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team on a 6pm-2am shift. This is a permanent, full-time position with benefits.
This talented individual will be a leader in fostering teambuilding and driving a culture of empowerment with accountability.
Responsibilities:
Daily shift production operations, including but not limited to:
- Encourage the safety culture and programs as assigned
- Take initiative in leading the team in daily production operations to achieve KPI goals and continuous improvement efforts
- Schedule production team's tasks each day and execute proper planning for necessary parts and equipment
- Be proponent of employee training and development, providing for continuous improvement of knowledge and skills of employees
- 5S duties to accomplish general good housekeeping efforts
- Work to produce a quality product, reduce waste, improve shift performance, and maximize employee effectiveness
- Proper management of workforce scheduling and employee timekeeping
Education & Qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3 years of experience in a Lead or Supervisory role
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing environment
