Job Summary
We are seeking a Chef with a solid work history to join our team of seasoned veterans at our commissary kitchen in Norfolk. Shifts are set schedules from about 10:00am-6:00pm with a competitive wage. Ideal applicant must be flexible with schedule during busy season.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Initiate food preparation for special catering events
- Execute and oversee bulk food preparation
- Work within a team to fulfill production needs
- Use standardized recipes to ensure consistent quality
- Oversee special catering events
Ensure requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels are met
