We offer health insurance, free CEU credits, student loan assistance, 401(k), referral bonuses, and more; but the rewards of working with IHT Travel Therapy extend beyond your financial well-being. Our approach is simple: how we treat therapists shows our commitment to ensuring your purpose-driven career is being fulfilled–and enjoyed.
