Technical Program Manager

Job Responsibility

• Responsible for project planning, implementation, and management to meet the delivery and budget requirements for the whole project life cycle.
• Coordinate internal resources, external vendors, and partners for the flawless execution of projects.
• Plan to designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed of the entire progress.
• Identify the project risks and manage the risks.
• Track project performance using performance KPIs, metrics, tools, and techniques

Key Qualification

• Advanced degree required, MS in Physical Science, Engineering or MBA.
• 2 years of technical program or project management experience.
• Demonstrated project success across chemical, electrical, and mechanical engineering disciplines.
• Experience working internal and external partners to achieve goals on aggressive timelines.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with managing research and development of battery cells, HV battery pack products is desired.
