THE ROLE
Gotham Greens is seeking an IT Project Manager to manage IT-related projects with cross-functional stakeholders throughout the planning lifecycle and into implementation. This person will be a foundational team member in our Digital Solutions team, using technology to solve some of the company’s most critical challenges and enable us to continue on our exciting growth trajectory.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work across the company – at the nexus of business and technology – on new and existing projects.
When new projects are being proposed, manage the intake and initiation of the request, scope the project, develop the roadmap and the timelines, assign resources and assign/delegate responsibilities.
For new and existing projects, the project manager will then manage client expectations, communication schedules, documentation, and deliverables.
Be the primary owner of communication between stakeholders and track progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks for Digital Solutions projects. Provide project status reporting to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
WHO YOU ARE
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a consulting, tech implementation, or professional services setting.
BA in a relevant discipline (i.e., business systems, finance, economics, accounting)
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, and project stakeholders, understanding both business and technical requirements
Demonstrated experience leading IT projects and implementations, from design through go-live
Experience using agile project management methodologies to deliver technology solutions.
Functional experience with ERP systems and data management tools
Ability to find creative solutions to difficult problems covering multiple working groups simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
