gorjana is Hiring an E-Commerce Shipping Associate Near Laguna Beach, CA
About This Role:
The Ecomm Shipping Associate is responsible for order fulfillment operations for the Ecomm revenue channel. Including but not limited to; picking, packing and processing outgoing gorjana orders, supply replenishment and general warehouse procedures to ensure efficient operations.
In this role you will:
- Ensure orders are picked, packed and processed following the Packaging Directive
- Personalized items should be engraved following standards in the Bespoke Guidelines
- Assist with any trips made to our off-site storage facility to load or unload branded packaging materials
- Remain cross trained in other revenue channels to support as needed throughout the year
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work the majority of the day on your feet
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Coordinate with team members to determine daily goals and work efficiently to package and ship orders
- Adhere to all pick and pack sequencing necessary to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with other Supply Chain departments to ensure business goals are met
- Meet all benchmark requirements for units picked, packed and processed per hour
- Engage in weekly meetings with Supply Chain leaders to review wins, opportunities and new processes
