Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspections of Inventory- includes incoming inventory, outgoing customer orders, and returned goods
• Work & communicate closely with vendors- Track defects in products
• Monitor orders during production
• Track identified issues by product, decoration method, responsible department/employee, and other like factors
• Implement training and procedural improvements in target areas
• Consult with Sales/Customer Service in handling issues raised by customers to further determine best practices
• Investigate root causes of returns and institute correction actions to prevent similar errors in the future
• Work with production to enable and support a “quality” culture

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in either Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment
• Computer literate, and possess the ability to learn necessary systems
• Detail oriented, and organized
• Bilingual (Spanish)
