Upon joining the Gopher Sport team, warehouse team members will have the opportunity to delight children around the world, by executing each critical task to unite them with their orders. With a fundamental core value of cross-functionality you will have the opportunity to pick products, ship, receive materials, and support our industry leading replenishment systems.

Initial training schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm for four weeks.

Permanent schedule following training: 12 hour shifts - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6am - 6:30pm.

What will you be doing?

• Achieve individual performance and team standards in replenishment and put away to meet the operating levels.
• Operate all lifts in distribution center efficiently and safely.
• Effectively receive inbound products in a safe and quality way.
• Develop and maintain 5S standards as defined by larger team.
• Properly package and ship all customer orders aligned with the customer request date.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reliable transportation that allows you to be on-time daily during working hours.
• A positive and team-oriented attitude where Gopher’s customers are at the forefront of each decision.
• Previous experience with forklifts and order pickers is preferred.
