Job Summary:
Under the direction of the HIPAA Privacy Officer/Medicaid Compliance Officer, with latitude for supervised judgment and decision-making, the Manager for Medicaid & HIPAA Compliance is responsible for Agency meeting the HIPAA and Medicaid standards along with relevant other government funder requirements, through monitoring and creating best practices to support compliance.
